The Suzuki SV650 has got to be one of the best bikes in it’s class, heaps of power for your New Zealand tour, beautifully smooth engine with torque all across the rev range and that low seat for those of us not built like a giraffe. Comes fully equipped with panniers and lockable Givi top box. If you’re looking to hire a fun motorcycle at a budget price then this could be the one for you – I’ve just ridden one across from Christchurch to the West Coast, down to Wanaka and back up through Tekapo and have to say I’m impressed, big grin the whole way.
